FAQs

Have a question about your order?

Your best option is to choose our DPD guaranteed next day delivery option. This is £10.95 or free if you spend over £100 and provides next day delivery if you order before 1pm on a weekday.

If you are purchasing a personalised item, it may take us a little longer to dispatch your order.

In regular sales periods, we often get engraved items out the same day; however, at busier times such as Christmas, please allow up to three days for an engraved item to be dispatched.

For more information on our delivery methods, please visit our Delivery and Returns page.

We currently offer engraving on a handful of necklace pendants. When you go to purchase a personalisable item, you will be able to enter up to ten characters (including spaces and punctuation) before adding it to your basket. You will also be able to choose a font from the drop down menu. This extra process is done to order and usually costs an extra £20.

For more help, take a look at our Personalisation Inspiration Guide.

We do not currently offer engraving on an item that you have already purchased.

All My Adornments products currently come in a beautiful green suede pouch. We opted for suede as it is biodegradable and does not build up in the earth’s ecosystems or contribute to the microfibre crisis.

We are continually working on our ethical and environmental policies. Currently, we ensure that all external suppliers adhere to the Responsible Jewellery Council’s ethical requirements. All diamonds, metals and precious stones sold are from conflict free sources in compliance with United Nations Resolutions.

Our packaging supplier has ISO14001 accreditation, which is an international standard for environmental management. They are also part of the government-accredited Compliance Scheme that ensures companies comply with the Producer Waste Responsibility Obligations. All their products are sourced from raw materials found in the UK and Europe to keep their carbon footprint as small as possible.

Have a question about delivery?

We currently offer Royal Mail First Class Delivery or DPD Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. Next day delivery is free if you spend over £100. Take a look at our Deliveries and Returns page for more information.

We advise to allow for an extra 1-3 days for the delivery of personalised items as all engravings are done to order.

We always aim to get our engravings done within one business day; however, in busier periods this naturally becomes less likely.

Have a question about an exisitng order?

This depends on if we have already posted your item. If you want to cancel your order, email us at info@myadornments.co.uk and we will do our best to help you.

If you have opted for the DPD delivery option, you will be sent a tracking number via email. Enter your tracking number on the DPD website

Have concerns about jewellery maintenance?

As advised in the care instructions on all of our silver jewellery, silver can be affected by elements such as water, heat, chlorine, chemicals and even different skin types. Luckily, tarnishing is easily removed and your silver can be cleaned to look as good as new.

For information on how to prevent and remove tarnishing, please check out our Jewellery Care Guide.

Unfortunately, as advised in the care instructions on all of our gold plated jewellery, this is an expected sign of wear and tear.

Avoiding exposure to water, heat, chlorine and chemicals will reduce the risk of gold plating coming off. For more information on taking care of gold plated jewellery, check out our Jewellery Care Guide.

The best way to protect your jewellery is by ensuring you put it on as the last step in your morning routine and take it off as the first step in your nighttime routine. This reduces the risk of your jewellery coming into contact with substances that are harmful to it. For in-depth advice about maintaining different types of metals and gemstones, check out our Jewellery Care Guide.
