Buying high quality jewellery is an investment. Klarna is a safe and smooth way to make shopping easier. You can get our products today but pay in a way that suits you. Pay up to thirty days after your purchase or split the cost into three monthly interest-free payments.

Anyone who is over eighteen can use Klarna. However, it is occasionally unavailable due to an algorithm that checks order value, order history and item availability. A credit check also takes place using the details you provide at checkout. This will not affect your credit score.

Make sure you provide your full name and correct account, address and shipping details. 

You will be required to provide your mobile phone number, email address, billing address and a debit or credit card. 

Yes, Klarna is a trusted company that works with over 200,000 online stores and has over 85 million customers across the globe. 

No, using Klarna will not affect your credit score. 

If you select to pay later in 30 days, you will check out of My Adornments and receive an email with payment instructions from Klarna within two days. You have up to thirty days to try the item and pay when you are happy. You will complete the payment online using a credit or debit card in the Klarna app or at www.klarna.com/uk

The cost of your order will be spread across three equal payments. You will enter your card details, check out and the payment for each instalment will be automatically collected. The three payments take place upon purchase, after 30 days and after 60 days. You can keep up to date with your payments by logging in to the Klarna app or www.klarna.com/uk.

As soon as your return has been processed, Klarna will cancel future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts already paid. 

If you are paying in three instalments, Klarna automatically takes the payment from your account. If it fails, Klarna will attempt again two days later. If this also fails, you will be issued with a statement from Klarna about the outstanding bill which will be payable 15 days later. 

 

If you are paying in one go up to thirty days after your order, you will receive push notifications from the Klarna app and email alerts to remind you to pay two days before the deadline. If you still haven’t paid after thirty days, you will be prompted by a letter or text. 

 

Failing to pay on time will not affect your credit score.

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by My Adornments. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
