Our gold plated jewellery is high quality but all plated jewellery requires some extra care to protect its longevity.
Please remove the item when cleaning, swimming, showering or sleeping. Harsh chemicals can damage the plating, as will knocks and scratches.
Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and make up. A good rule of thumb is to make jewellery the last thing you put on in the morning, and the first thing you take off at night.
Wipe clean with a very soft cloth and never use a silver polishing cloth.
